FINANCE DIRECTOR SUPPORT
Some organisations don't need a full time FD, they just need a bit of help to look at the right things and understand what they are seeing. I can work alongside your current finance team to provide support and guidance, attend board meetings and helping to get the most out of your finance team, without the cost of a full time FD.
With experience as FD, CFO and COO, I can support your new FD or current FC in transitioning into their new role or support you with specific projects to enable the team to focus on the day to day activities.
FIXED PRICE PACKAGES
Take the uncertainty out of your accountancy bill with standard packages for a fixed fee, dependent on business size and complexity. I don't charge for calls and meetings, so there are no surprise costs and you can get the right help.
These packages are billed on a monthly basis, so also avoid the cash flow issue of large one off invoices.
